HarperBard氏のPrivate Session, Final
Bard氏のもとで進めてきたRashemen Campaignが終了しました。
前回ArtifactであるBook of FiendのTriggerを発動させてしまった我々でありましたが、その結果ThayのRed Wizard (Illusion系)による陰謀、Advanced Tarrasqueによる侵攻作戦が始まり、これを迎撃するのが最後のお仕事となりました。
参加者はDamage Deal SpellcasterであるところのKult(ECL-18)、Damage DealerであるところのVoa(ECL-15)、そしてCleric of Suneである私のPC、Roger(ECL-17)でした。
KultにはNena、RogerにはDorothy(Planar Cohort, Eladrin Ghaele)が腹心としてついていましたが、Tarrasque相手ということで、Cleric系やCohortなどは事前呪文をかけるだけで戦闘中はほとんどすることがなかったです。
ダメージの７割はKultのIceberg(Frostburn)を始めとするダメージ呪文でまかなっていた感じ。
たぶんMaximize RodでMaximaizeされていたり、Spell MatrixにMaximizeやEmpowerされた他の呪文があったため、理論上ラウンド最大400ダメージくらい叩き出せる計算だったとか。またCaster LevelもGeomancerゆえWisdomベースを選択して23（Base-18, Beads of Karma+4, Tattoo+1)になっていたはず。あ、Ankhもあったので、SRを抜くとき以外は27ですね。
一方で、Voaへの強化も手を抜くことなく、MiracleでエミュレートしたShalantha's Delicate Disk(Lost Empires of Faerun)にためこんだDivine Power, Righteous Might, Divine Agility（Spell Compendiumがレギュ外なので、Spring AttackのFeatを得るバージョン）を授け、また様々な呪文で強化して送り出しました。
最終的にダメージの応酬といった有様で、頭を使う展開にはなりえなかったのですが、まあそれも人生の１ページ（？）ってことで。
ともかく終了時点でようやくDorothyは16thに達し、RogerのPlanar Cohortとなるべく10thでキャンペーンに登場し、ここまで成長させることができました。DMのBard氏には感謝、であります（笑。
Sune女神よりChosen Templateの許可はおりたものの、あと51008点の経験値を稼がないと、実装することはできない模様。まだまだRogerとDorothyの冒険は続くのであった…。

■初期設定
◆Rogerの生い立ち・背景
敬虔で裕福な商人の子供に生まれた。
そこそこの美少年だったため、とあるヤクザな組織に目をつけられ、誘拐される。
そこでSuneのClericと同行していたOutsider（Eladrin[Ghale]）に救出され、事なきを得る。
はじめてみたOutsiderのお姉さんと話す機会を得、Rogerは健気にも「今度は貴女方の力になりたい」と申し出る。
転んでもタダでは起きない彼の一面が良く表れているエピソードと言えよう。（これが初恋、だったのか？）
そのときお姉さんは「貴方が成長して一人前になったら、我が娘とともに悪をくじき正義を成して欲しい」
とコメントしてくれる。人妻だったようだ…。ちなみに娘さんの名前は「R.Dorothy」というらしい。
その事件が縁でSune教会に預けられたRogerは、そこで商人の倅としての交渉力を発揮、また勤勉に精進したため、
Cleric経由Thaumturgistへの道を順調に歩んでいった。
そしてPlanar Cohortを得るに最適な道を（師匠経由で）神に尋ねたところ、「Go East！」との啓示を受け、
慣れ親しんだWestland（Waterdeep）近辺から東に向けて冒険に旅立ったのであった。
そんなこんなの紆余曲折の末、たどりついた先は、Rashmenだった。
その頃には十分にThaumturgistになれるだけのレベルに達していたのだった。
Rogerは少年の頃の、主観的に愛と情熱と美しさに満ちた約束を果たすべく、12レベルを目指すのであった。
