■Off-Hand
●Weapon Propertyの記述(PHB p217)
An off-hand weapon is light enough that you can hold it and attack effectively with it while holding a weapon in your main hand.
You can't attack with both weapons in the same turn, unless you have a power that lets you do so, but you can attack with either weapon.
●副武器の記述(プレハン p219)
副武器は軽く扱いやすい武器である。
このため、一方の手に武器を持ったまま、別の手で副武器を持っても効果的に攻撃を行える。
武器を２本持っているからといって、一つのターンに両方の武器を使って攻撃することはできない（それを可能にするパワーを使用する場合にはその限りではない）。
しかし、武器のどちらか好きな方で攻撃することはできる。


●Implement(Staff)の記述(PHB p241)
If your class can't normally use staffs as implements, or if you're not using an implement power, a staff is simply a magic quarterstaff.
●装具(スタッフ)の記述(プレハン p241)
使用者のクラスが通常は装具としてスタッフを使用できないクラスである場合、または使用者が［装具］のキーワードを持たないパワーを使用する時には、スタッフは単なる魔法のクォータースタッフである。
=> 命中とダメージにEnhancementを適用。Critical時の追加ダメージを適用。

●Doble Weaponの記述(AV p10)
Wielding a double weapon is like wielding a weapon in each hand.
The first die given in the damage column of the table for a double weapon is for the primary (or main) end of the weapon;
the second damage die is for the secondary(or off-hand) end.
You can use either end of a double weapon to deliver an attack unless a power specifies a main or off-hand weapon attack.
An enchanted double weapon receives an enhancement bonus on both ends, but weapon properties or power conferred by the enchantment affect only the primary end of the weapon.
Like two-handed weapons, double weapons can not normally be wielded by Small creatures unless the weapon has the small property.
●日本語版持ってないので意訳
Double Weaponを装備しているのは、両手に武器を装備しているようなものである。
ダメージ欄の最初の値は、double weaponの主となる(利き手の)攻撃のダメージである。
ダメージ欄の次の値は、double weaponの副次的な(逆手の)攻撃のダメージである。
使い手は、パワーが利き手・逆手を指定しないなら、武器のどちら側を使っていることにして構わない。
魔法のDouble Weaponについては、Enhancement Bonusは武器のどちら側にも適用されるが、Weapon PropertyやWeaponによるPowerは武器の主となる側での攻撃にのみ適用される。
Two-Handed Weaponのように、Double WeaponはSmall Size用でない限り、通常Small Creatureには装備できない。
※PHB FAQ13 「Rogue weapon talent requires you to "wield" a particular weapon. What does this mean ?」
Wielding means you must be using that weapon in the attack.
Merely holding it while you attack with another weapon isn't enough to qualify for any bonuses that result.
=> Double WeaponはTwo-Handed Weaponなのに*1、Weapon PropertyにDefensiveとOff-handが記載されているのは、如何なモノか？
・Defensive
A defensive weapon grants you a +1 bonus to AC while you wield the defensive weapon in one hand and wield another melee weapon in your other hand.
Wielding more than one defensive waepon does not increase this bonus.
To gain this benefit, you need not attack with the defensive weapon, but you must be proficient with it.
・Off-Hand
An off-hand weapon is light enough that you can hold it and attack effectively with it while holding a weapon in your main hand.
You can't attack with both weapons in the same turn, unless you have a power that lets you do so, but you can attack with either weapon.

=> 結局、Double Weaponの片側がOff-HandかつDefensiveなので、両手でDouble Weaponを扱っている限りAC+1ということらしい。


●Staff Fightingの記述(Dragon 368)
You can treat the quarterstaff as a double weapon.
As a double weapon, the staff deals 1d8/1d8 damage and gains the defensive and off-hand properties.
