Feet Slot Magic Item [23th以下]

[Encounter]手番にMove Actionを追加できる（最強のFeet Item！） 
・Boots of Speed (22th)

Speed +2 item bonus. [daily]minor => move action.（Eagernessに比べてこのショボさはどうだ！？） 

・Sandals of the Temporal Step (16th)

Speed +1 item bonus.(light or no armor). [daily] move action追加（明らかにEagernessはおかしい） 

・Swift-Step Boots(19th)

Run, teleport +2. 

・Planestrider Boots(18th)

Propertyにある二回に分けてteleportする能力より、Encounter Powerで10スクエアTeleportが魅力。 

・Planar Stasis Boots(18th)

強制Teleportをブロック。強制移動をEncounter, Immediate Interruptで-2できる。

・Boots of Quickness (8th,+1Ref) => (18th,+2 Ref) => (28th,+3Ref) 

防御上げる意味あるのか？　精々Defenderだろうけど、状態異常対策の方が先だろう。

・Earthreaver Stompers (17th,tremorsense 1) => (27th,tremoresense 3) dailyはどうでもいい。

・Ghoststride Boots (16th)

これは微妙。Propertyだけど、Runしている間のみ、AC +2 item bonus + insubstantial. 

・Eladrin Boots (16th)

Teleport +2. [daily]5マスteleport. Eladrinは10マス。 

・Winged Boots (13th)

落下ダメージ受けずproneにならない。[daily]move actionでfly可能。 

・Boots of Swimming (13th)

Swim Speedを獲得。[daily]underwaterでも遭遇終了まで呼吸可能

Speed up, difficulty terrain無視などが中心。
うーむ、低レベルChargerのBoots of Adept Charging(2nd)は強いと思うが、基本Boots of Eagerness以上のItemはない感じ。
環境対策でBoots of Swimmingはアリだと思うが…。
